Patient Rights

As a medical provider, your safety and comfort is our top priority. We are bound to follow the code of patient rights as per the Health and Disability Commissioner (click here to read the rights).

We encourage you to do the following:

  1. Seek a second opinion if you are not comfortable
  2. Bring in a support person to your consultations
  3. If you are not happy with our service, please tell us or if you would prefer, write to the practice manager by  sending a letter to:

  4. You can always contact the Health and Disability Commissioner if you feel that you have not been heard (click here for the website).
