Patient Rights

As a medical provider, your safety and comfort is our top priority. We always endeavor to provide the best care for our patients and we are bound to follow the code of patient rights as per the Health and Disability Commissioner (click here to read the rights).

We are obviously only human, so if you feel we have not met your expectations and you wish to bring something to our attention, we encourage you to do the following:

  1. Seek a second opinion if you are not comfortable
  2. Bring in a support person to your consultations
  3. If you are not happy with our service, please tell us, or if you would prefer, write to the practice manager by  sending a letter to:

  4. You can always contact the Health and Disability Commissioner if you feel that you have not been heard (click here for the website).
