Dr Penny Henley
Experienced in general medical problems, also the health of women and children. Special experience also in medical care of the elderly. Penny is also a clinical supervisor of training General Practitioners with many Hawkes Bay General Practitioners having learned under her guidance.

Dr Kerryn Lum
Experienced and enjoys all aspects of general practice and family medicine from paediatrics to adolescents and women’s health, specialised in palliative care. Kerryn is extensively involved with The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and is the regional trainer for General Practitioners in Hawkes Bay.

Dr Michael Koch
FRNZCGP, Em Med, Acupuncture
Experienced in surgery and general practice. Special interests are orthopaedics, diabetes, pain therapy and palliative care.  Michael has a love of dermatology and is skilled in all aspects of minor surgery.  He is an Accredited doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.  This means that he has proven skills and knowledge in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer.

Dr Ian Taylor
BSc(Lab Med), MBBCh, Dip Sport Med, Dip Comm Em Med, RNZCGP
Special interests – sports injuries, orthopaedics, children, and emergency medicine.

Dr Hettie Tremain
Enjoys all aspects of general medicine, with special interest in paediatrics and adolescent health.

Dr Mark Peterson
Mark is an experienced GP with a special interest in elderly care and gynaecology.

Dr Andy Collings
Dr Collings is a qualified GP from the UK. He is experienced in General Practice and Emergency Medicine. He is also interested in minor surgery and Rheumatology. Unfortunately for us, Andrew will be leaving Taradale Medical June 2016 for Taupo. He will be replaced by Dr Anjan Banerjee.

Dr Cormac Fitzgerald
Enjoys all aspects of family medicine from paediatrics to care of the elderly with a special interest in stress management and mental wellness.

Dr Jo Randall
Enjoys all aspects of family medicine with special interest in children, adolescents and emergency medicine.

Dr Keryn Powell
MBChB, Dip.Paeds
Special interests women’s health, paediatrics, palliative care. Keryn is also involved in training of future General Practitioners. She is currently involved in tutoring of senior GP registrars through the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.

Dr Nicola Toynton
MB.BS, FRCGP, DRCOG, DCH, FP.cert.                                                                                                                                                                                           Nicola has recently moved here from the UK and brings her experience with her. She is skilled in all aspects of family practice. Unfortunately for us Nicola will be leaving us June 2016.

Dr Anjan Banerjee     ( June 2016 onwards)                                                                                                                                       MBChB, MRNZCGP, GPEP2 registrar    (GP trainee)                                                                                                    Anjan will be starting with us June 2016 taking over from Andrew Collings. He is a GPEP2 registrar working towards completing his formal training in General Practice. Anjan brings with him a wealth of surgical experience as well as experience in routine general practice care. He has a particular interest in sport/orthopaedic medicine as well as minor surgical procedures.
